Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is no check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will be emailed the door code, which will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • Self check-in/check-out is provided; you will receive a door code once all payments are made.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Maximum 2 dogs per stay. Only dogs are allowed.
  • Guests must bring a crate and may not leave pet(s) alone in the home unless crated.
  • Guests must clean up after their pet(s).
  • Any evidence of fleas, damage, or need for additional cleaning due to pets on departure will result in charges for repairs or additional cleaning.
  • Guests must bring their own sheets/blankets to cover areas where pets lay or sleep, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged for extra cleaning/time due to dog hair or odor.

  • The cabin has level parking for two cars. The driveway has a sharp turn-in. Roads can be curvy and hilly at times. The cabin is accessible by motorcycle or vehicle.
  • Free parking is provided.

  • Fireplaces are operational October 1st - February 28th; not operational March 1st - September 30th.
